The dedicated server we provide is specially configured to host and maintain your company’s project. This server has a unique IP address that we send to your project lead for DNS A record setup.
 
DNS Information

Domain options:

1) basic domain name

Use our domain; for example, tirecorp.tirelabelmgmt.com (replacing the tirecorp portion with your corporate name).
In this case we create the domain name as part of the standard setup and testing.
 
2) your own domain

With this option, domain naming is entirely under your control. However, changes to this domain must be coordinated with us so that the CTI web server will properly respond to requests made to it.
 
There is no additional hosting charge to use your domain, but the DNS entry changes must be performed by your IT staff.
