Purchase of the service requires a one-time setup fee and a yearly hosting fee. The one-time setup includes:

• Configuration of a dedicated server, including authorized user accounts and other contact information.
• Basic customization of the kiosk interface (includes icons, color palette, layout, and additional text).
• DNS and other host configuration options (see DNS Info).

Need additional or specialized customizations? No problem. We’ll work with you to implement your ideas and provide a quote for that effort on a project basis.
 
If you need support, you can purchase it in 4-hour blocks to cover specific training or data issues that may come up during the year.
 
We post support events within a timesheet accessed on the client admin page.
