What we provide:

  • CTI account manager’s name and contact information. This person works directly with your organization to answer questions and guide you through project implementation.
  • Expected delivery date (after initial consultation).

What we need from you:

  • Project lead contact. This person works with other IT and management staff to make configuration decisions, provide tire data, and approve the go-live release.
  • Commitment of adequate resources to provide data, graphics, and configuration choices.

Typical system implementation requires about two weeks (depending on scheduling and other business considerations).
